ACCOUNTING AND ANALYTICAL SUPPORT RISK- MANAGEMENT BASED ON THE CONCEPT OF SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT

Abstract
The author's definition of risk accounting and analytical support that can be considered as professional assertion and a means of assessing possible economic developments in the conditions of uncertainty are formulated. Methodological principles of accounting formation and analytical support as a source of information risk-management in the context of sustainable development are developed. The scale for assessment of the application of professional judgment in making rational decisions is proposed, which corresponds to the mathematical logic of the axioms of rational choice in terms of utility as a measure of psychological and consumer value of material goods. The recommended assessment of risk matrix that forms the priority rating by four elements «T» – «Treat» (business continuity), «Tolerate» (accept the risk), «Transfer», «Terminate». Based on the developed pattern a real threat to operative identify can be predicted, the ways to reduce risk and calculate the impact of negative effects on the state of the company is developed.
