Abstract
In the article, the question of legality of settlement digital cryptocurrency Bitcoin on the territory of the Russian Federation. The classification and the essence of the reflection of this digital currency are presented as financial investments. Considered the procedure of reflection in the accounts of cryptocurrency transactions.
