Achieving equivalence while reproducing names of military hardware and weapons in English

Abstract
The article provides a solution to the scientific tasks of the names Ukrainian military equipment and weapons in the English language, established the basic ways of forming Ukrainian military terminology, identified difficulties that arise during the translation of lexical units on the designation of military equipment and weapons.
