ACTIVITIES OF STATE INSTITUTIONS AS A GUARANTEE OF ENVIRONMENTAL RIGHTS IN UKRAINE

Abstract
In this article the actual problems of implementation and realization of environmental rights in Ukraine. In particular, the author analyzes the state activity as guarantees of environmental rights in Ukraine and concludes, that this activity plays an important role in the mechanism of guaranteeing environmental rights and supports alternative social activities in the environmental field.
