ACTIVITIES OF THE CABINET OF MINISTERS OF UKRAINE IN THE SYSTEM OF FINANCIAL REGULATION IN AGRICULTURAL ACTIVITIES

Abstract
The work determines the place of acts (resolutions) of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine in the system of sources of financial law and their role in the process of allocation of state budget funds for financial support of measures in the agrarian sphere of the economy of our country. The analysis of the positions of scientists regarding the semantic characteristics of the financial and legal category "budget support" of agriculture is carried out. As a result of the study, specific scientific results were obtained regarding: the definition of the place and role of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine in the implementation mechanism of financial law; Definition over the ten-year period of the national norm of creation of the basic acts of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine containing legal requirements regarding the allocation of budgetary funds for production and non-productive needs of agriculture, in order to form a holistic view of the forms of expression of the tasks and functions of the highest executive body in the field of financial and legal relations.
