ACTUAL PROBLEMS OF INTERNATIONAL LEGAL STATUS OF REFUGEES IN THE CONTEXT OF HUMAN RIGHTS PROTECTION

Abstract
In the article the author considers the problem of international legal status of refugees in the context of the protection of human rights by analyzing the legal acts and other measures the international community, aimed at its regulation. Special attention is paid to the system of international institutions to protect the rights of refugees.
