ACTUAL PROPOSALS ON THE IMPLEMENTATION OF INTERNATIONAL LEGISLATION IN THE FIELD OF CONSTITUTIONAL CONTROL IN THE LEGAL SYSTEM OF UKRAINE

Abstract
The author explores the fundamental principles of the legal status of constitutional review of certain countries. Analyze the formation and development the institute of constitutional control in Ukraine, France, Slovenia. Determine its legal nature, and examines the problems of the relevant authorities and conducted parallel with the Constitutional Court Ukraine. The author proposed changes in legislation of Ukraine related to t use of powers of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine, its structure, the independence of judges, etc.
