ACCENTUALIZATION OF RIGHTS IN THE PLACE OF THE LEGAL HERMENETICS

Abstract
The scientific article investigates the legal consciousness as a fundamental principle of legal hermeneutics and outlines the aspects of mutual influence of these legal phenomena. The conclusion is made that legal hermeneutics is simultaneously a scientific process of identifying the true content of legal prescriptions, and a kind of art, where the subjective component is a reflection of the individual mental-sensory perception of law and, accordingly, reflected first in the interpretive act, and then, through the consciousness of the addressee in the actual behavior. So in the process of interpretive activities the sense of justice is not the background but is the underlying element that ensures the quality and accuracy of interpretation of legal regulations.
