ADAPTATION OF INTERNATIONAL EXPERIENCE TO REFORMING THE SYSTEM OF STATE REGULATION OF THE HOUSING AND COMMUNAL SERVICES MARKET IN UKRAINE

Abstract
The article is disclosed the problems of adaptation of international experience for reforming the system of state regulation of the housing and communal services market in Ukraine. The experience of the countries of Europe and the USA in support of competition and limitation of monopoly in the market of housing and communal services is considered. The features of three models of reforming the housing and communal services market in the world economy are highlighted.
