Journal Title: International Journal of Business and Management Invention - Year 2017, Vol 6, Issue 12

Abstract

There is a great challenge for companies to comply with Law No. 8,213 / 1991, Article 93. Knowing that the quota depends on the number of employees the company has, the general objective of the study was to suggest a process management model focused on customer service of the quota law by the industrial sector. As specific objectives: identify the difficulties of companies and people with disabilities in relation to the process of inclusion in the labor market; analyze models of processes of inclusion of PCDs in the labor market; to propose a process model to manage PCD inclusion in the labor market. The methodology was a case study in ten companies. The study demonstrated the main difficulties companies face in trying to comply with the law, such as: absence of qualified professionals; difficulties in finding PCDs in a single register; involvement of the competent bodies to assist in the process. Not unlike the obstacles faced by PCDs in the quest for employability. Among them: the prioritization that the company defines as to the type of disabled person who wants to hire; of the professional's low remuneration; of prejudice for being deficient. It is concluded that there is a need to prioritize a single process of inclusion of PCD in the labor market.
