Administration of Sea Ports of Ukraine: Whether or Not the Structure is Superfluous?

Abstract
The article explored the modern concept of state management of seaports. The author notes, that port activity is a strategic direction of the development of coastal countries, one of the key parts of the effective functioning of their public transportation systems, and the key to the economic growth and welfare. The separate changes in organizational — legal securing work of seaports of Ukraine is suggested, the positive and the negative features of the activity of Administration of marine ports of Ukraine are defined in the article.
