The Conceptual and Methodological Bases of Regulation the New Types of Information Relations: «Virtual Legal Relationships»

Abstract
The concept «virtual legal relationships» and modem its understanding in a context of problem of a formation of terminologically - conceptual apparatus of informationally - legal researches are considered. The author offers an introduction and definition of a technologically - legal method of the information law. The author notes that the concept of «virtual» and «virtual reality» is not theoretical representations, but metaphors. In logic the concepts «possible world» and «artificial reality» are widely used, that with «virtual reality» does not relate. «Vi rtual reality» mentalize or make the subject of modality logic, «virtual» try to interpret by relevance. Therefore, these concepts have no right to exist in legal science and the use of these terms in scientific use should be strongly avoided.
