ADMINISTRATION OF TAXATION IN THE FIELD OF CONSTRUCTION

Abstract
The article reveals the essence of administrative taxation in the construction sector. Its principles, subjects and objects, features of the taxation are defined. Problems of a legal nature in the field of administration of taxation in the sphere of construction are analyzed and ways of their overcoming are suggested. According to the author, the system of administration of taxation in the construction sector should be effective from the point of view of the main state goal – ensuring the necessary tax revenues to the budget system and at the same time reducing the level of costs for the implementation of tax laws, both for the state and for the construction sector, as a large payer tax.
