PROBLEMS OF IMPLEMENTING THE CONSTITUTION IN UKRAINE

Abstract
This article analyzes the content of the constitutional provisions, as well as the order of realization of such norms. Particular attention is paid to lighting problems that arise during the implementation of the Constitution, the existing forms and mechanisms of implementation the Basic Law.
