ON THE CONCEPTS OF INADMISSIBILITY OF EVIDENCE

Abstract
This article analyzes developed in the criminal procedural science concepts possi- ble recognition of certain information inadmissible in proving (using the terminology of current law – the concept of confession inadmissible evidence). The essence of each of them and made critical remarks about certain concepts. According to the au- thor's right to exist, further theoretical development and practical implementation are those that use a differentiated approach to the consequences of violations of criminal procedural law in the formation of evidence-based foundations of the legal position of the subject of proof (in the collection of evidence).
