FEATURES OF THE PROCEDURE FOR CONCLUDING A CONTRACT AND THE MOMENTS OF THE TERMINATION OF THE RIGHT TO MAINTENANCE AND THE ACQUISITION OF THE RIGHT OF OWNERSHIP BY IMMOVABLE PROPERTY BY THE CHILD THROUGH TERMINATION OF MAINTENANCE OBLIGATIONS

Abstract
The article is devoted to the disclosure of the procedure for concluding a contract and the acquisition of the right of ownership by immovable property to the child by termination of maintenance obligations. The article analyzes private-law and public-law approaches to the legal regulation of legal relations on the termination of the right to alimony and the acquisition of property by a child of real estate. Typical and non-typical cases related to the procedure for obtaining a permit for termination of the right to maintenance are considered where the author has an extended circle of subjects who may receive such permission; the concept of a place of residence and its influence on the nature of legal relations on the termination of the right to maintenance and the procedure for concluding a contract and the peculiarities of acquiring the right of ownership to real estate of one kind or another are analyzed. Depending on the time of the conclusion of the contract and the acquisition of property rights, the type of property and the nature of the means of acquiring it previously by its owner (payer of alimony).
