Abstract
Addresses the issue associated with protection of civil rights and interests of children and young persons. Іt was Found that one of problems of protection of civil rights and interests of minors and of minors is determined by fact that modern civil law is necessary to study forms and methods of civil law protection of property rights and interests of individuals, development of concepts and practical recommendations for improving the work of authorities on which government imposed a corresponding obligation.
