ADMINISTRATIVE AND LEGAL ASPECTS OF REGULATION OF INFORMATION INTERACTION BETWEEN AUTHORITIES AND CITIZENS

Abstract
The article analyzes the legislation in the area of administrative and legal regulation of information interaction between authorities and citizens. There is a justified proposal to supplement the legal acts with terms such as «the access to public information», «the information resources», «the public information services», «the information services» and «the information technologies». The conclusion is made on the necessity of amending the legislation in this area.
