PROVIDING OF CRIMINAL REALIZATION IS BY APPLICATION OF MEASURE OF SUPPRESSION DETENTION OF PERSON

Abstract
A concept and maintenance of providing of criminal realization are certain in the article. The basic measures of providing of criminal realization are described. Principal reasons over are brought in relation to application of measures of caution. The measure of suppression, detention of person, is certain. Legal grounds and tasks of detention of person that is suspected of commission of crime are outlined. It is well proven that detention suspected is temporal preventive after motion that, as a rule.
