FOREIGN EXPERIENCE OF APPLYING CONDITIONAL RELEASE FROM SERVING A PUNISHMENT IN THE FORM OF DEPRIVATION OF LIBERTY FOR A FIXED TERM AND PERSPECTIVES FOR ITS IMPLEMENTATION IN UKRAINE

Abstract
The article outlines such an aspect of foreign experience of applying conditional release from serving a punishment in the form of deprivation of liberty for a fixed term, as an obligatory requirement for a person to indemnify damages caused by a crime for which he/she was convicted. According to the results of the study, arguments regarding perspectives of implementing such foreign experience in Ukraine have been strengthened.
