TRENDS IN MODERN CRIMINAL LAW POLICY ON HUMANIZATION OF CRIMINAL RESPONSIBILITY (DE LEGE LATA, FERENDA)

Abstract
On the basis of modern understanding of criminal law and criminal responsibility, three directions of humanization of criminal responsibility are analyzed, which concern both the sphere of real and the sphere of potential. Among the deliberative directions of humanization of criminal responsibility there are the following facts highlighted: its specialization; optimization of the use of the incentive component of criminal responsibility; the necessity to adjust the content of some forms of criminal liability.
