Administrative and legal aspects of the provision of judicial services in domestic legislation

Abstract
The scientific article is devoted to the coverage of the legal regulation of the provision of judicial services in Ukraine. The article analyzes the genesis of legal acts and the state of scientific development of providing judicial services, as a result of which the main problems of the legal basis for providing judicial services are identified. The main problems in providing judicial services that require resolution at the legislative level are: conflicts in the laws of Ukraine, which lead to a different interpretation of certain provisions both by the subjects of power and the subjects of treatment (by natural or legal persons); lack of state policy on providing judicial services, consisting of a variety of concepts of types of services (public, state, administrative, municipal and other types of services) in subordinate regulatory legal acts; uncertainty of the single requirements for the classification of court services to paid and non-paid; inconsistency of subordinate regulatory acts among themselves, which leads to different interpretations of the norms by the relevant authorities; improvement of the procedure for appealing against decisions of actions or inactivity of public administration actors, etc
