Administrative and legal basis of public service in prosecutor office.

Abstract
The article deals with the concepts and types of public service in the organs of the prosecutor’s office, defined the legal principles of passing public service in the bodies of the prosecutor’s office at different positions, outlines the powers of the heads of the reception and passing of the public service.
