ADMINISTRATIVE AND LEGAL LIMITS, WAYS AND CONDITIONS FOR THE EXERCISE OF THE CITIZENS’ RIGHT TO SELF-DEFENSE

Abstract
The article is devoted to the clarification of the essence and content of the administrative and legal mechanism of citizens’ right to selfdefense. Through the prism of administrative law, the limits of realization of the right of citizens to self-defense are determined. There are two groups of methods of self-defense, aimed at ensuring the inviolability of subjective law and the termination of the offense. Particular attention is paid to the conditions for the realization of the right of self-defense by citizens.
