Abstract
This article analyzes the concept and procedures of expulsion from Ukraine of foreigners and stateless persons as administrative punishment. The comparison looks modern research and regulatory acts that contain characteristics of this legal institution. The experience of European countries that can be used for regulation expulsion of foreigners and stateless persons in Ukraine.
