CHOICE DIRECTIONS OF REFORMING THE PRE-TRIAL INVESTIGATION AUTHORITIES IN UKRAINE: CURRENT PROBLEMS

The article analyzes the features of a choice of directions of reforming the pre-trial investigation authorities in Ukraine. Expedience account the experience of countries with Anglo-Saxon legal system. The attention is focused on the specific features of the law enforcement agencies of the Scandinavian countries.
