CORRELATION THE CONCEPTS OF “REFUGEE” AND “INTERNALLY DISPLACED PERSON”

Abstract
In this article the meaning of the concepts and features such legal categories as “internally displaced person” and “refugee”, analyzes the genesis of the international legal definition of this concept. The author suggested value concepts of “internally displaced person” and “refugee”. The legislative definition of the concepts of “refugee” and “internally displaced person” is defined in national legislation.
