ADMINISTRATIVE AND LEGAL RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF WORKERS ORGANS OF LOCAL GOVERNMENT

Abstract
The article studies the administrative law regulations of rights and obligations of public servants in local self-government. The relevant elements of the administrative legal status of public servants are identified and described. The classification of administrative rights and obligations of public servants in local selfovernment is provided.
