MODERN SOURCES OF EVIDENCE IN THE CIVIL PROCESS OF UKRAINE AND FRANCE

Author of article offers a definition of electronic documents, describes their use as proofs, illuminates problem of determining of original electronic document. In article are also raised questions of difference between original document from copies and characteristics, which should be provided with an electronic document.
