FEATURES OF THE TACTICS OF INDIVIDUAL INVESTIGATIVE (SEARCH) ACTIONS IN CRIMINAL PROCEEDINGS AGAINST DTP

Abstract
The article defines the tactics investigative the actions in the criminal proceedings concerning the accident based on the analysis of the specificity of the object of knowledge – dynamic system, «the driver – vehicle – road – the environment». The conclusion is that the tactics of the individual investigation (investigation) activities largely driven by the preparation for the expertise.
