LEGAL ASPECTS OF NATURAL RESOURCES RESTORATION: EXPERIENCE OF THE EUROPEAN UNION COUNTRIES AND NATIONAL ENVIRONMENTAL LEGISLATION OF UKRAINE

Abstract
The organizational and legal supports of the recovery process of natural resources in the EU were analyzed. The main areas of EU environmental policy and its legal support were disclosed. The analysis of the main areas of legal regulation of natural resources restoring in the EU member states was done. The main ways to increase the effectiveness of legal support restoration of natural resources in Ukraine, means the implementation of the EU experience were proposed.
