THEORETICAL AND LEGAL BASES OF FORMATION OF THE SYSTEM OF TAX RELATIONS IN UKRAINE

The article is sacred to research of legal frameworks of forming the system of tax relations in Ukraine. Basic lines, approaches and factors of forming concept “tax legal relationships”, open up. Nature of tax relations, which is conditioned by the method of their adjusting, is analyzed.
