ADMINISTRATIVE AND TORT LAW OF UKRAINE: CURRENT PROBLEMS AND DEVELOPMENT PROSPECTS

Abstract
The article focuses on three topical issues of modern administrative and tort law of Ukraine, which adversely affect the state of the administrative science, the quality of administrative and legal regulation and the effectiveness of law enforcement activities of administrative jurisdictions. Proposed ways of addressing existing problems in this area are presented.
