Administrative aspects of the labour conditions change’s organization for increase of personnel work’s productivity

Abstract
The article examines approaches to the concept of "productivity", defined the relationship between working conditions and productivity. The work environment is considered in two aspects: the need to create safety and comfort of workers and as a possible potential for increasing efficiency. The authors analyzed the feasibility of improving the conditions of labor in the workplace and examines the factors that affect the adjustment of personnel’s organization. The developed model of performance management of employees, under which the proposed organizational and management stages of the program override the state of productivity of subordinates in the enterprise.
