ADMINISTRATIVE LAW: CERTAIN ISSUES OF FORMULATION OF THE DEFINITION

Abstract
The article analyzes the doctrinal definition of «administrative rule» from the Soviet period to the modern period; it turns out, what signs standards most frequently appear in these definitions; the reflections are offered about the purposefulness of such a reflection concerning to the individual characteristics of the legal and administrative rules.
