Abstract
In the article, the author determines the content of the category “administrative legislation” and determines the elements of the system of administrative legislation based on the analysis of scientific sources. In particular, the author refers to the specified system: the Constitution of Ukraine, codified regulations (including the Code of Administrative Procedure of Ukraine, the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Offenses, the Customs Code of Ukraine, etc.), the laws of Ukraine (“On Civil Service”, “On the Prevention of Corruption”, “On Administrative Services”, “On Appeals of Citizens”, “On the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine”, “On Central Executive Bodies”, “On the Legal Regime of Martial Law”, “On main principles of state supervision (control) in the sphere of economic activity” and many others); international acts and treaties ratified by the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine.
