Administrative-legal characteristic of stages and authorized agents of the creation of medical products

Abstract
The article provides a thorough description of the stages, stages of the creation of medicines from the moment of substantiation of the idea of its creation until the moment of implementation of the corresponding medicinal product. However, the article distinguishes and groups the subjects of the creation of medical products, namely: subjects that are developing new drugs (substantiate the scientific idea of creating drugs and directly produce it); subjects engaged in the development of serial technology and control methods, namely: subjects conducting preclinical study of medicinal products; subjects conducting clinical trials of medicinal products; subjects conducting trial marketing); entities conducting state registration of medicinal products; subjects of industrial production of medicinal products.
