ADMINISTRATIVE LEGAL REGIME OF THE FINANCIAL SYSTEM

Abstract
The article is devoted to the definition of the term “administrative legal regime of the financial system” in the context of analysis of the “legal regime” as a whole. The author characterizes the essence of administrative legal regimes. The article analyzes individual positions of scientists concerning the definition of “administrative legal regime”, as well as the most widely distributed classification of them.
