ADMINISTRATIVE LIABILITY FOR OFFENSES IN THE USE OF NATURAL RESOURCES

Abstract
The article is devoted to the analysis of the essence of administrative responsibility in the sphere of the use of natural resources, the grounds for its application have been singled out. The author classifies administrative offenses in the sphere of the use of natural resources on a number of criteria (on the object of encroachment, on the way of committing unlawful actions, etc.). Separately raised the issue of determining the features of administrative and economic sanctions for violation of the regime for the use of natural resources formulated conclusions and proposals aimed at improving legislation in this area.
