CONCEPT, LEGAL NATURE AND TYPES OF FACTOR CONTRACT

Abstract
The article is devoted to the study of the concept and legal nature of the factoring agreement in Ukraine and the criteria for its classification into certain types. A number of normative provisions were examined in the current legislation of Ukraine and doctrine. The distinction between the factoring agreement and other adjacent agreements is determined, and the features that give grounds for considering such an agreement to be independent are analyzed.
