FUNCTIONS OF THE NORM OF CRIMINAL PROCESSAL LAW

Abstract
The article examined the question of the functions of the standards of criminal procedural law. It has been proved that these standards fulfill the following functions: function of law enforcement; regulatory function; service function; instrumental function; educational function. It is affirming that one procedural standard can perform several functions.
