BODIES OF LEGAL RESPONSIBILITY FOR VIOLATION OF REQUIREMENTS LEGISLATION LEGISLATION

Abstract
In the article the author investigates the bases of legal liability for violation of the requirements of legislation in the field of labor protection. It is proved that actual damage to the victim’s health, the fact of death of people or other grave consequences is the main criterion for distinguishing disciplinary, administrative from criminal liability for violation of the legislation on labor protection.
