CODIFICATION AS A WAY TO SYSTEMATIZE LEGAL ACTS IN THE FIELD OF LEGAL REGULATION OF LABOR RELATIONS

Abstract
The article, based on scientific views of scientists, theoretical approaches to interpretation of such notions as «systematization and» codification». Courtesy of author’s vision on interpretation of terms. Proved that codification is an effective tool to improve its performance to adoption of a new codified act (Labor Code of Ukraine). Emphasized that most common type of codification, which also applies in relation to employment law, serving industrial codification.
