THE LEGAL PERSONALITY OF ROBOTS: FICTION OR REALITY?

Abstract

The article is devoted to the analysis of the current state and prospects of legal regulation of robotics. The question of the possibility of granting legal personality to robots is under consideration. The author believes that it is promising to discuss the ethics of robotics by civil society and prepare a draft amendment to the Civil Code of Ukraine regarding the development of robotics.
