BUDGETS OF THE RIGHT TO HARD, DYNAMIC AND BUSINESS REPUTATION IN CONDITIONS OF EXTRAORDINARY OR MALIGNANT

Abstract
In the article a question of the limits of the right to honor, dignity and business reputation in emergency or military situations is analyzed. It was found that under the limits of the right to honor, dignity and business reputation in emergency or military situations is to be understood the scope defined by the face-carrier when choosing the method to execute, embedded in the content of these rights, which must comply with the legal framework laid down by the legislator and reflected in the legislation.
