LEGAL AUTHORITIES AND OFFICIALS OF THE STATE AND LOCAL SELF-GOVERNMENT: THEORETICAL AND LEGAL ASPECTS OF INTERACTION

Abstract
The work reveals the relevance of scientific knowledge of the theoretical and legal aspects of the relationship between the lawmaking powers of state bodies and local government officials. The scientific views of scientists concerning theoretical and legal aspects of lawmaking powers of bodies and officials of the state and local selfovernment, as well as issues of their interrelations, are summarized. The state of scientific knowledge of the law-making powers of subjects and their interrelations is revealed. Prospectively of scientific knowledge of law-making powers of subjects of state power and local self-government is established. The provisions defining the interrelationship between the law-making powers of bodies and officials of the state and local self-government have been singled out and substantiated.
