LEGAL STANDARDS FOR THE FORMATION OF SERVICE RELATIONS IN THE JUSTICE BODIES

Abstract
The article is devoted to analyze the essence of public-service vanes in the judiciary. Analysis of the structure and powers of the bodies of justice of Ukraine as the main system of the organizer and regulator of the state legal policy, gives reason to believe that further legal regulation of civil service in the judiciary should be in accordance with original legal standards. Modern public service is not only a management system corresponding to the statuses, modes and procedures, but has a deep ethical meaning. Now in Ukraine under the influence of the recent sociopolitical developments occurred a significant demythologization of power, which can ensure the openness of moral values and ethical guidelines for civil servants all civil society.
