INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AS AN OBJECT OF PUBLIC ADMINISTRATION

Abstract
It is performed the analysis of the intellectual property as an object of publicadministration. The peculiarities of the intellectual property sphere administrativelegal regulation are identified. It is examined the intellectual property characteristic as a decisive influence on public administration decision-making in the sphere of intellectual property.
