ESSENCE AND SPECIFICITY OF PROFESSIONAL ETHICS PUBLIC WORKERS

Abstract
In the article attention is devoted to analysis of definition of “professional ethics”. The fundamental principles of state employee’s professional ethics are researched. The conclusion of importance of state employee’s professional ethics was drawn in the article.
