ACTUAL ISSUES OF SECURING A CLAIM IN CIVIL CASES ON LABOR DISPUTES: THE PROBLEMS AND REALITIES OF THE PRESENT

Abstract
In proposed article common conceptions of assurance of complaint, its ways, foundations and procedure of its application in civil case, peculiarities and speci- fies of civil cases about labor disputes, problems of same application are developed in viewpoint of its public importance. The recommendations about improvement of procedure of assurance of complaint in cases about labor disputes are pronounced.
